Jessica Bethel

Jessica Bethel is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Analyst (R.B.A, Ont.) committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming support for individuals with diverse learning and developmental needs. She holds a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education and brings nearly two decades of experience in evidence-based, strengths-focused approaches.

Jessica has extensive experience working alongside autistic individuals, their families, and support teams, ensuring they receive individualized, respectful, and affirming care. With a deep understanding of the Ontario Autism Program, she is well-versed in navigating its services and supports to help families access the resources they need. She previously served as an ABA facilitator in the York Region School Board, gaining valuable insight into creating inclusive and supportive educational environments, and has provided consultative services within the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). Additionally, Jessica supervised teams within regional autism programs under the former Toronto Partnership for Autism Services and Toronto Autism ABA Services, prior to the introduction of the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).

Jessica is passionate about empowering individuals through collaboration, advocacy, and education. She has a strong background in developing and delivering training for parents, educators, and professionals, fostering environments that respect and celebrate neurodiversity while promoting meaningful growth and self-advocacy.
