Jessica is a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music from York University and a CDA graduate certificate from Durham College. Jessica has a variety of experience working with paediatric populations. She is dedicated to providing play-based therapy to enable her clients to achieve their goals and enjoy the process of developing their speech, language and communication.
Additional Training: Treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Mindfulness Studies, and Music and Speech Therapy workshops, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) training.
Special Interests: Motor Speech Delays/Apraxia, Articulation Disorders, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oral Motor Therapy, Early Intervention, Non-Verbal Communicators, Music & Speech Production.
