This course addresses breakthrough concepts and details the skills necessary to perform lingual and labial frenectomy on infants aged 1 day to 12 months. As a participant in the program, you will learn all the pieces to perform an oral frenectomy safely and effectively on an infant. You will have the opportunity for hands-on visualization of the process and clinic preparation so you can start helping mothers immediately using a multidisciplinary approach.

Participants will be required to be prepared with their loupes and laser safety eyewear for the hands-on lab portion.

Certification from the Laser Academy is strongly recommended by Dr. Heit but is not required to take this course. You will have an opportunity to use lasers at the Institute. Please bring one team member for optimal implementation.
